Dawn spent 15 years working in the corporate world before switching gears to dedicate herself to her passion for real estate. During those 15 years in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Dawn was recognized for dynamically managing organizational change, while bringing individuals together to build motivated, energetic teams dedicated to a common goal. She achieved this by actively listening, creatively overcoming challenges and effectively communicating needs, all while striving for excellence. Fast forward to today and Dawn has translated these skills into the real estate world, utilizing the sage knowledge, expertise, hard work and commitment to excellence in every real estate interaction.

Being a Certified Luxury Staging Specialist, Dawn has staged over 50+ homes in the luxury market over the past four years. “My job is to help our clients understand how to create an environment that’s successful, an environment that will sell. It’s always so rewarding when they see the end result…sometimes, they don’t want to move.”
