About Dawn
Dawn Frojen strives to make her clients’ lives easier. She starts by listening to their needs and develops a strategy to help them realize their goals, then does everything she can to ensure their real estate transaction is as enjoyable as possible. Her training as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and experience as a project manager for her own renovation of a Brooklyn townhome make her well-positioned to assist clients in sorting through the myriad of variables a real estate transaction presents.
Whether you’re a first time buyer with many questions, a seller who needs to close quickly, or a seasoned investor who simply needs a little guidance, Dawn has the right solution for you and will cater to your specific needs. Her excellent communication, persistence, optimism, and ability to respond effectively in all types of negotiations make Dawn a great asset to those that she works with.
A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dawn arrived in New York in 1999 by way of Los Angeles, where she graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC). While in college Dawn served as Vice-President of the Phi Chapter of Chi Omega and studied abroad in Spain and England. She has held many positions in the USC Alumni Club of New York, including Scholarship Chair, Signature Events Chair, and President. In 2015 she was honored with the Spirit of Troy Award for her efforts and contributions to the Club. She has served as Regent and was named Outstanding Junior Member of the Year for the Brooklyn Chapter DAR.
In her spare time Dawn enjoys traveling, running, and scuba diving. She completed the New York City Marathon in 2006, the London Marathon in 2011, and the Rome, Twin Cities, and Marine Corps Marathons in 2016. She is now planning to stick to shorter distances and spend more time diving. Prior to getting her real estate license in 2005, Dawn enjoyed a career in luxury travel sales, working for All Nippon Airways, the Four Seasons, Eos, and Silverjet.
