As a buyer, she guides you through each step of the process, from assessing your needs and finding the right neighborhood to negotiating the best deal on the home you love. For sellers, she identifies the unique features and details that made your house a home and helps you showcase these for the next generation to enjoy. With 30 years of experience in negotiation and sales, she brings a wealth of expertise to every client.

Dawn graduated from Indiana State University and earned her Master's degree in Marketing (Communications) from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. Before becoming a real estate broker, she began her career in college admissions, assisting over 50,000 students in achieving their educational dreams. Now, she is committed to helping people realize the dream of homeownership. Having lived and worked in the Northwest Suburbs since 2001, she and her husband reside in North Barrington, where they have lovingly restored their Mid-Century Modern Ranch in the Biltmore subdivision. Their children attended the award-winning Barrington District 220 Schools, and the family is actively involved in the community through music, sports, and theater. They share their home with two English cream golden retriever named Olaf and Pongo, who ensure that no one ever gets bored! Additionally, Dawn serves as a foster parent for golden retrievers through Good as Gold Rescue, and she supports various organizations dedicated to finding a cure for Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia in honor of her grandfather, John Daniel Vogelsang.
