After a 23 year career in the news and entertainment business, including ten years at WABC Television in New York, David moved to Westchester County and began his real estate practice. Beginning in 1999, at a small boutique brokerage in Katonah, David quickly established his business to join ranks with an elite group of top producing listing and selling brokers in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.
Starting with the landmark listing and sale of Holly Hill, The 65 acre Brooke Astor Estate in Briarcliff Manor, David expanded his expertise to include luxury real estate. He has represented and sold many of the area’s largest and most iconic estates. His 2018 sale of Hudson Pines, David Rockefeller's beloved 75 acre estate in Sleepy Hollow, NY, remains the highest real estate sale ever in Westchester County history. David's sale of Steen Valetje the 290 acre estate overlooking the Hudson River in Rhinebeck NY, is one of Dutchess County's highest property sales on record.
