David Rousso

David provides the clients he serves with an effortless experience from start to finish. He is known for diving deep into the Market by understanding trends, architecture, and interior design. He has a unique talent in understanding and interpreting the value of a luxury residence. This knowledge stems from his Family Business, Pedini Miami, a recognized design firm in South Florida. David states: "...being able to interpret the interior finishes of a home & understand the difference in quality has made the difference." He specializes in Luxury Spec Homes and working directly with Developers, Investors, & End Users.  From finding the land to build on, to connecting them with the architects and designers, David is a one-stop agent that can connect several pieces to bring a deal together.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, David has grown up in Miami since the age of 5. He is fluent in English and Spanish. After attending high school at Doral Academy, he spent 4 years obtaining his Business Degree at Florida International University. David plans to continue his studies in order to better assist his clients day in and day out.
