About David

David's passion for real estate, real estate investing and entrepreneurship is what brought him to align The Purdie Group with Compass Realty. A resident of Celebration Florida for the past ten years and the greater Orlando area for nearly 20, David has worked with a variety of small businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups in both leadership and consultative roles. As a Realtor and Broker David has served the greater Orlando residential market for nearly a decade with a focus on the communities of Celebration, Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Davenport, Hunters Creek, and Lake Nona. David graduated from Berry College with a BA in Religion and Philosophy and went on to graduate from Rollins elite MBA program, Crummer Graduate School of Business with a focus in Finance.
