David Oligee began his real estate career as an investor, buying and renovating residential homes in Florida. The same principles he uses as an investor, he imparts to his clients: finding exceptional value, deeply understanding markets, and ultimately solving problems.
Along with this, as a client you will benefit from an extensive network of real estate professionals including lenders, general contractors, builders, material suppliers, landscapers, and even movers he has first-hand experience with.

David is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and misses it more often than he ever thought he would. After graduating from Miami University, he began his career in Washington, D.C. working for members of Congress (Former U.S. Senator Rob Portman and former Congressman Geoff Davis) and then transitioned into the lobbying world where he marketed issue advocacy groups’ messaging for the National Rifle Association, Judicial Watch, AARP, and other associations.
Following his more political work, he then turned toward the private sector where he did corporate marketing for companies such as Amazon, IHG Hotel Group, and Crystal Cruises.
Finally, he landed his true passion in real estate, fixing and flipping investment properties in Florida which he has built a large base of knowledge around. He’s an expert in all areas of this, the acquisition side, renovations, financing, and marketing.
David lives in Plantation, FL with his wife Araixa and two smushed-nosed dogs (Boston Terrier and Frenchie). When he’s allowed to, he’s on the golf course attempting to break 80 or generally doing something outdoors in beautiful South Florida.
