About David
After nearly 40 years in the civil engineering field, David is ready to bring his unique skill set to the world of real estate. David began his career in civil/structural engineering in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, owning and running small firm with his family. On the eve of his 40th birthday, he decided to take a leap of faith and move to New York. He fell in love with the city and serendipitously discovered a man with whom he wanted to share his life. David practiced engineering for over 22 years in New York City, but now he’s ready for another major change.
David knows how to create a safe and sound living community, and now his interest has moved to the other side of the table. He wants to assist his clients in finding a community where they can thrive and he wants to do it in the best way possible, with the most current tools and technology. This desire brought him to Compass and the Vicki Musso Team.
David is excited for the opportunity to work with Vicki Musso to form a team; essentially providing him with immediate and direct 22-plus years of real estate sales and leasing experience in New York City. David has known Vicki for years and they have finally decided to combine their knowledge, enthusiasm, energy, interest, experience, and intelligence to a new venture to provide a broader spectrum of capabilities to their clients.
David’s professional persona is characterized by being direct, transparent, and honest, and this carries over in his approach to real estate. His job is to provide his clients with a safe haven, not only for their personal and life information, but for their efforts and desires to own or lease a new property.
