David is engaged with his job and his customers. Emails and cellphone text messages were commonly answered at night and/or weekends, when we mostly needed. Visiting several different houses as well as several times at the same house is not a problem at all. Also, he is very patient when explaining the purchase process for first-time buyers. What he does well, calling attention to the main steps and following up on each one in a way that you always have proper reaction time.
