Over the years, he has represented buyers and sellers on numerous deals and honed his broad skillset in sales, negotiation, marketing processes, design, home evaluation, construction, renovation, and speculative investment. David structures deals with precision guidance and oversight, working 24/7 to anticipate and solve problems before they arise and ensure a smooth, seamless process from beginning to end. In addition, he has personally purchased, renovated, and sold for profit in excess of 50 homes.

David graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, and American University with a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Development.
