Born and raised in Lake Forest, David grew up in a real estate family and began his career designing and building high-end homes. That hands-on experience gave him a well-rounded foundation that still informs his approach today. Based in Chicago, he works with clients throughout the city and the North Shore, with a focus on single-family homes, condominiums, and vintage properties.

David’s service doesn’t stop at the closing table. His curated network of trusted professionals—including contractors, designers, painters, and other home service providers—supports clients long after the transaction is complete.
