"Sold a midtown studio apartment through David and his team at Compass, and it was a terrific experience from start to finish. David, as the main contact, took care of all coordination with the Board, management, superintendent among others making it a seamless process. He gave thoughtful advice on staging, and renovations required to best market the property taking into account my input and budget (which we were able to finance through Compass Concierge).
