"I worked with Dave over a five month period. He knows the area very well and was infinitely patient with me as I fussed over the pros and cons of the many many places we viewed. He never pushed me to make a decision and was very helpful in pointing out issues with properties that might cost me down the road. Dave was always responsive to my emails and calls--never letting more than an hour or two pass before replying. David possesses the knowledge, commitment, experience, and above all, honesty and integrity that every real estate transaction requires.

David moved to Chatham with his family in 1985. He has been involved in many aspects of the community since then, including the Chatham PTA, Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and Chatham Athletic Booster Club. He is a Captain of the Chatham Fire Department. Being a member of these organizations, he has gotten a real sense of all that Chatham has to offer.

David has recently completed a real estate Internet technology course that earned him the e-PRO® designation. He can provide his clients with a quick and efficient level of service while being less intrusive into their daily lives.
