He has also sold over 500 units across some of the most desirable buildings in New York, including 110 Livingston Street, 265 State Street (The Boerum), 80 Riverside Boulevard (The Rushmore), and 100 Riverside Boulevard (The Avery). His success in The Boerum and The Standish cemented his reputation in new development sales, with both projects becoming the fastest-selling buildings in Brooklyn.
David’s real estate career began with two of New York’s most prestigious developers, Extell Development and The Related Companies, where he gained firsthand experience in high-end new development sales and large-scale investment transactions. He later joined a top real estate brokerage, quickly rising through the ranks with one of the fastest promotions in the firm's history.
