Dave has been flipping houses since 1996 and obtained his real estate license in 2010 to streamline the process. He is a licensed contractor and certified lead renovation specialist. Dave is a Philadelphia native, a graduate of Germantown Academy, attended college in New England and currently lives in Lafayette Hill with his dog Max. Dave grew up playing hockey at the Wissahickon Ice Rink in Chestnut Hill, playing tennis and golf at Philadelphia Cricket Club and continues to stay active in the Chestnut Hill Community. Outside of real estate, Dave is an active volunteer with a local rescue, fostering dogs until they find furever home!
