About Dave

Dave joins Compass with 10 years of real estate experience. He understands the process of working with developers. He is knowledgeable when it comes to managing acquisitions as well as spearheading planning meetings with municipalities. He has overseen portfolio performance while also working with staff. Over the last 5 years, Dave has solely focused on the sales side of real estate-- his move to Compass comes with a breadth of real estate experience. His history, knowledge and expertise, combined with the Compass technology platform are the driving forces behind Dave’s exciting transition!

Outside of the world of real estate, Dave spends time in the Greater Milwaukee area with his wife and 3 children. As lifelong Wisconsin residents, Dave and his family enjoy sports, outdoors adventures, attending community events, and spending quality time with loved ones.
