"We have owned an apartment in Beaver Creek for many years and knew Darwin as a local realtor. We decided we wanted to buy another property as our children are now having children and we need more space for our holidays.
There was nothing suitable on the market, let alone in our own building so we approached Darwin to seek his assistance in the search. Darwin then researched who could potentially be considering selling and made contact and presented us as people who could be interested in buying. The Seller then decided to market the property which, given the lack of apartments and generally properties in Beaver Creek, attracted several potential buyers. This did not deter Darwin, he worked with us on preparing our contract submission and we are delighted to say we were successful in obtaining the property!
As we live in the UK, Darwin also did post purchase inspection to ensure that all the items that were deemed to need repair for the sale were in fact done.
