About Darin

Darin is a lifelong native of California and has lived in San Diego for over 23 years.  For the last nine years Darin and his family have enjoyed their home and lifestyle living in Encinitas Ranch.

After a highly successful career in the corporate sales world, Darin started a real estate appraisal company in 2000 and grew this business by 400% over the next eight years. In 2010, Darin took his proven and impeccable sales record into the residential sales segment of the industry. Since then, his knowledge, expertise and commitment to customer service have enabled him to deliver top level results to his clients. 

After quickly establishing himself as a pivotal player in the real estate industry, Darin was awarded the prestigious honor of Rookie of the Year at a rapidly growing Keller Williams office in Del Mar. Darin spent five years learning from the best and honing his skills as a top negotiator with a 100% close rate for his buyers and sellers. In 2014, Darin had a breakout year independently growing his business by over 200% and was a Top 20 performer month after month. Darin ended the year ranked 17th in an office of 325 agents placing him in the top 5%! Based on this outstanding performance, he was recruited by Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and spent four years growing his clientele.
