I can't even begin to express how amazing Darbie is. First off, Darbie really took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for in a house. Once we started going on visits, her wealth of knowledge starts to shine through. Neither me nor my husband are great with aesthetic vision or knowing how we can transform a space, but Darbie had it all. She listened to what we wanted and gave advice on what we could do to transform any space into our home. Not only did she give us feasible projects, but she also gave an estimation for how much that type of renovation costs and who the best person to go to for it is (spoiler alert: all of our contractors for our house ended up being connections through Darbie). Where Darbie blew us away was her advocacy for us during the purchasing process. Darbie guided us through the process with best practices and flagged whenever something seemed off. She fought, and I mean fought, for what we wanted and did her best to protect us from a lot of the negotiation politics. She project managed the entire purchasing process and went out of her way to help us with the inspection when we weren't able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Above everything, Darbie is a wonderful human being. She understands the emotional roller coaster of the entire process, and she really is your rock through everything -- the good and the bad. Darbie wasn't supposed to come to our closing, but she stopped by once she heard we ran into some snags in the process for moral support and reassurance. She really does care about you and has your best interest at heart. I can't recommend Darbie enough. If you're looking for an agent, Darbie's your person!
