Danielle Williams-Laird is a third-generation REALTOR® at COMPASS with experience beyond her years in the real estate industry.
She was born and raised in Mendocino County, where she mentored under her mother and grandmother. Danielle has her bachelor's degree in communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and in 2012 she earned her Real Estate Salesperson License.

Danielle is active in her community. She has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, The Human Race, Plowshares, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
