She was the one to convince us it was much better to buy than to keep renting (what we did for 22 years!) explaining the whole way of financing our project .She made us feel everything was possible and she was right. She referred us to a lawyer , referred us to a better bank with better rate than what we had through our own bank. We definitely wanted to stay in the West Village, an area she knows by heart . She took us to see all the places we wanted, finding ways to have viewing even sometimes before open house to accommodate our schedule. Her keen eyes and knowledge of the buildings and the market made us feel we were very in good hands. Generous of her time always ready to answer at anytime of the day (or night!) in a very timely manner.We had the feeling to be the only people who counted for her! When we found our dream apartment she negotiated very well for us and then sat with us for our board application several evening to make sure we were doing everything right! She prepared us for the board interview always reassuring us and removing all the drama of the process with a good sense of humor. She even referred us to a super contractor to do minor work in the apartment before moving in. Honestly I don’t know how we could have done it without her !
