Danielle is a licensed salesperson and investor/developer in DC, Virginia and NY and has over $130M in sales since starting in real estate in 2011. Danielle believes that real estate is a wealth building tool and prides herself on making real estate approachable and attainable by getting to know her clients’ and sculpting a strategy that will help them achieve their specific goals.

goals. I guide clients on thinking past just this transaction to help make sure
what they want now will help get them to their future goals as well. We create
a plan together that gets them to where they want to go!”
Danielle has helped clients with a wide variety of real estate transactions; including new construction developments, condo conversion projects, cosmetic and major renovations, vacation and short-term rental purchases and business planning, buy-and-hold landlord strategies, and helping homeowners plan on either upsizing or downsizing their current home. She views every property as an investment, whether you reside in the property or not. Many of Danielle’s clients are those who are looking to buy or sell their own home and plan out the best way to grow their wealth through real estate long term.
When not Danielle is helping clients, you can find her kayaking, wine tasting, cooking, gardening, or spending time with
her wife, Hillary, and their cat Mia. Danielle was honored as DC’s Finest Young
Professional 2012 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has been on the
Marketing Advisory Board for the CFF’s Long Island and Metro DC Chapters.
