About Danielle
I am a professionally trained chef/baker of almost 14 years now with my degree from The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA. I live and breathe bread and hold much respect for the fact that it is also alive. The practice of bread calls for your presence every single day to be able to calculate and recalculate based on any changes in the environment or time of the many processes. The method or actions are the same, so a sense of autopilot is also a comfort in knowing what needs to happen next. Having these two characteristics as part of my day with bread has transferred into my daily life. I know what I need to do each day, but I try to always remember that the best way to execute these routines is with presence. Being mindful even when mundane has pushed me through many challenges.

I am also a Realtor® who specializes in many areas in northern and central California due to the many restaurants that I have been fortunate enough to work at. My father is a Realtor® and so I feel it is in my blood and maybe was a calling all along. It was quickly learned that I have much strength in this field as well and I love it. My many years in the food industry taught me how to value the customer above anything else. That is how I treat my real estate clients.
