Prior to joining Terra Nova, Daniella worked as a technology consultant with IBM in Washington, D.C, specializing in business analytics and project management. Along with her degree in Mechanical Engineering, she brings those analytical skills and an attention to detail to her work in real estate, ensuring that her clients receive the best possible service. Her experience with relocating from a big city gives Daniella unique insight into the challenges and transitions others face when relocating from major metropolitan areas.

Having always been involved with sports from a young age, Daniella enjoys staying active through a variety of ways including jogging and walking with her rescue pup around the many nature trails in the area, playing recreational volleyball, and taking Latin dance classes at the local Arthur Murray studio in Durham. Her high level of activity equally balances out her love for food. You can always count on Daniella to accompany you in trying that hole in the wall joint you've been curious about or to be one of the first customers at new restaurant openings. 

Daniella also finds time to volunteer with the College Track program to help students that face systemic barriers find success in the workforce upon graduation and beyond. She is fluent in Spanish and French and is passionate about helping first-generation families find their dream homes, just as her family did many years ago.

Which Blue are you?

As a Duke alumna, Daniella loves Blue Devil basketball, but comes from a house-divided with a brother who graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and a husband who currently works at the UNC Medical Center.
