About Daniel
After moving from Philadelphia to New York City during the exceptionally hot Summer of 1999, I did what many New Yorkers do - I bought a country house in the Catskills. The following year, I began my real estate career in the City. After many years with Corcoran and Douglas Elliman, I made the decision to transition full time to the Catskills, continuing to sell land and homes in the Mountains. For my clients in the Catskills I bring 23 years of transactional knowledge, coupled with keen insight into Delaware County's towns, back roads and community.  

I've renovated three homes and built two houses from the ground up in Delaware County. I can be particularly helpful to buyers looking for properties in need of improvement, or sellers looking to upgrade their homes for sale. 

I'm a Board Member at the community radio station in Roxbury, WIOX, and I also host two programs every week.
