"- Dana became our agent somewhat by accident as her associate, who was our original agent, was out of town for some time, and she filled in while he was gone. We liked Dana so much that we requested she become our agent full-time. Dana was wonderful about working around our schedule. Both of us have very busy jobs and we were only able to look at houses on weeknights or during the weekend. Dana was great about making herself available during these periods and lining up as many visits as she could in one day. She also made the appointments so that we had a minimal amount of driving between visits and weren't crisscrossing all over the city. I believe in one 2-hour period we were able to see about 8 homes. She was also very organized and provided us with the information we needed about each house, including a report on schools, parks and stores in the area.
