Even with a successful career in commercial real estate, Dana considers her biggest and most important role to be that of mother and wife. Her husband, Charlie Coronado is also a successful realtor and specializes in residential sales in Northeast Los Angeles as well. Together they lead The Coronado Real Estate Group, a team of over 6 people.
Dana and Charlie share a son, Joaquin, who is 9 years old, and twins Carlos and Damien, who are 22 (Dana's stepsons). Carlos and Damien recently graduated college (CSUN and UCSD) and already have their real estate licenses and are joining the family business.
Dana’s greatest challenge - and biggest reward - has been navigating motherhood and career since the birth of Joaquin, while constantly striving to achieve more for herself, her family and her clients every day. Dana is passionate about mentoring young women and stays active with her sorority, Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc, a Latina sorority that she was the President of while at UCLA. She also enjoys mentoring other young real estate professionals, supporting budding entrepreneurs, and volunteering and supporting charities that help women and children. She is also a supporter of the Dream Center and Homeboy Industries, her favorite local organizations.
