25+ years of Corporate Sales and Project Management in Fortune 500 companies within the Automotive Manufacturing and MedTech Industries.  Dan has maintained the widely recognized PMP (Project Management Professional) certification since 2012.

Previously involved as a real estate investor with 25 rental properties, 3 self-storage facilities, and commercial offices.

As a part-time Realtor in Naples since January 2021, Dan has closed 16 property transactions.
During 2023, Dan had an average sales amount per transaction of $948,000.  Since then Dan joined Compass as a full-time Principal Real Estate Advisor

Dan and his wife, Mindy, have been married for 30 years. They have three grown children and one son-in-law.  And, excitingly have one grandson!  His priority is time with his family.  He enjoys travel, boating, church involvement, exercising, and all sports!

Dan’s ultimate desire is to serve his clients with the goal of making their real estate dreams a reality!
