Foremost, I believe building meaningful connections with others is important. Superficial relationships have never sat well with me. At the end of the day, I want to know what’s important to you and how I can contribute to your success. I tend to begin new connections with an assumption that I generally want to see you do well in Life. Of course that’s going to mean different things to different people. To me it’s a subtle but significant shift from the social messages I grew up with. Primarily, that in order to “succeed” you have to be ruthlessly selfish – a cutthroat. That’s never sat well with me either. I believe in fair, direct communications and work hard to ensure every decision is made with as much information as is available.
When it comes to selling your home, I believe the emotional bond formed by your collective memories and experiences matter. With nearly 20 years as a visual storyteller, I know we can do better than the standard video tour. We’ll highlight the careful thought and attention to detail behind the changes you made along the way, weaving in those memories as appropriate to attract the best offers available in the market.
With regards to buying a home, I want to see you make the best investment available to you, and then protect your investment by addressing many issues new homebuyers simply aren’t aware of – like cleaning the boiler annually or performing regular maintenance on your water heater. And if you’re moving into a new community, I want to see you fit in and truly feel “at home.”
When you work with me, I want you to walk away confident that you made the right choice and think of me as a new friend you may call on anytime. I love seeing Good people thrive. And I don’t believe success has to come at the cost of being a good and decent human, provided we prioritize integrity and conviction in negotiations with the other side to the transaction. We all have gifts and talents. The things that come easily and naturally to you probably won’t come naturally to me; and vice versa.
