About Dale
Dale has a distinguished career in the real estate industry spanning over 30 years of residential brokerage, including representing some of the finest luxury homes and communities in Colorado. He owned and operated three brokerage firms and worked with clients in all facets of real estate sales, custom home construction, and development.
He, with Vintage Marketing Group, Inc. and Perlmutter-Witkin Development, was the Community Manager and Broker in charge of sales at Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village, from the initial lot closing to the final home sale. Since then, he's been the Operations Director and Listing Broker at the exclusive Club at Ravenna, a private resort lifestyle community southwest of Denver near Waterton Canyon. Here, Dale is responsible for closing all home sites (nearly one-half sold to date) and builder custom homes totaling over $125 million. His contributions also helped The Club at Ravenna to earn prestigious awards from Travel & Leisure, the Home Builder's Association, Golfweek and Golf Digest. Dale's expertise and knowledge in new construction real estate are extensive and comprehensive. His work for Ravenna represents his commitment and unwavering spirit on behalf of his clients.
