Cynthia Lubin brings over a combined 20 years of expertise in Financial Services, Accounting, and Real Estate to her role as a broker associate with Compass in both NJ and now NY. Her journey into real estate was inspired by her personal financial experiences and her desire to help others navigate similar challenges. Cynthia's diverse background allows her to offer clients a unique blend of financial acumen and real estate savvy, ensuring they receive comprehensive and strategic guidance.

Cynthia's professional path includes significant achievements such as obtaining her CPA after working in the mortgage and banking industries. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University and has worked for a Big 4 accounting firm and a Fortune 100 financial services company. These experiences equipped her with a deep understanding of financial management, which she now leverages to help her clients build wealth through real estate.

In 2017, Cynthia transitioned to a full-time role as a self-employed accountant and realtor, bringing her corporate knowledge back to her community. Her goal is to create more homeowners and educate people about finances, believing that homeownership is the foundation of wealth—not just financial, but also mental, familial, and personal. Cynthia's ability to prepare tax returns, manage small business finances, and offer professional real estate advice makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.

Cynthia is also a published co-author of "The Pocket Advisor: Tax Strategies and Money Making Tips for Rental Property Owners," reflecting her deep roots in accounting. Her commitment to her clients is further demonstrated through her active involvement in her community, volunteering, and co-hosting a weekly real estate Instagram Live series, Agent 2 Agent, with another realtor from New Jersey.

Outside of her professional life, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her busy Jack Russell Terrier Leo, relaxing at home, visiting the spa, and dining out with friends.
