About Crystal
Multimillion-dollar producer and award-winning boutique Realtor Crystal Northcutt leads Houston
buyers and sellers to success, backed by more than 20 years of experience and a dynamic approach that
combines astute financial analysis with a sincere love of helping people. Her responsive and hands-on
approach to detail-oriented, innovative service elevates every client's experience. A veteran of the
Houston real estate industry, Crystal has built a solid foundation of repeat and referral customers and
industry peers who admire her client-first mindset, unwavering integrity and commitment to others. As
a Houston native, she offers a comprehensive understanding of the city's many neighborhoods and a
true passion for those who choose to make her hometown their hometown. Above all, Crystal strives to
make each home search and sale a successful, stress-free experience.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Crystal spent more than a decade in Chase
Bank's financial and real estate reporting departments. She credits that experience for honing her
exceptional talent for numbers. In fact, Crystal not only offers an incredibly analytical approach to
pricing and negotiating, but she also reviews each buyer's lender fee worksheet to ensure they're
getting the best possible deal. It's that genuine devotion to going above and beyond for her clients' best
interests that has earned her annual top-producer recognition for the past 12 years.
Crystal grew up in the Memorial area and raised her family in Katy. In her free time, she loves to travel, work out and take advantage of Houston's great outdoors, including strolling through Memorial Park, golfing and fishing. Crystal has also volunteered with the philanthropic Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over two decades. She cherishes time spent with her adult children, extended family and her large group of longtime high school and college friends.
