Meet Crystal Liu…a dedicated real estate professional.

Crystal's journey into real estate began in 2003 after purchasing her first home, igniting a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. With a background in the tech industry and extensive experience in market data analysis, she brings a unique and analytical approach to the real estate market.

Crystal’s expertise extends beyond just buying and selling homes. She has a keen eye for interior design, structural engineering, and Feng Shui, offering her clients well-rounded advice on making their homes as appealing and functional as possible. Her project management and negotiation skills ensure that every transaction is handled with precision and care, making the process smooth and efficient.

Having lived in Palo Alto for over a decade, Crystal possesses in-depth knowledge of the local community and its surrounding cities. This local expertise allows her to provide invaluable insights to her clients, helping them make informed decisions whether they are buying or selling.

In 2017 Crystal began a project to build her own home in Palo Alto. She gained comprehensive knowledge of evaluating properties and working with builders. Crystal's personal experience is also invaluable for clients looking to renovate or build new homes after purchasing a property. 

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Crystal spent 20 years in tech, working for companies such as ServiceNow, Symantec, Paypal, Box, Walmart.com and Oracle.

Originally from China, fluent in both English and Mandarin, Crystal moved to the United States to further her education, earning a Master’s in Applied Statistics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Crystal enjoys quality time with her husband, Cashin, son, Jack and a golden doodle, Auggie. Traveling, trying new foods and practicing yoga are some of Crystal’s favorite things to do in her spare time.

Crystal is dedicated to serving the diverse real estate needs of Palo Alto and the surrounding cities,  including Menlo Park, Los Altos, Mountain View, and Atherton.
