About Craig
After taking a year off for successful cancer treatments I am thrilled to come back to my true love, Real Estate!
I have years of experience in Landscape Design, Construction and Management as well as a lifelong love of Real Estate. I am thrilled to be focused on a "single use" career in Real Estate!
I am a native of the Bay Area and familiar with many cities and neighborhoods. My list of contractors, inspectors and trades goes from the south bay to the north bay. I had a 32 year career in Landscape Design, Contracting and Maintenance and that brought me to hundreds of neighborhoods and cities thought out the Bay Area. That career introduced me to other trades people and taught me a valuable lesson in property and home construction and maintenance.
I purchased my first property through my parents’ trust at 13. The market was HOT then and homes were selling as fast as they came on the market. We filled out the purchase agreement in the car in front of the property right after seeing it. I had to help the NEW agent fill out the purchase agreement while I sat in the back seat of the car and held a flashlight to help her and my mom see the paperwork. That condo was a two bedroom, one bathroom and cost $33,365.00!!
I sold a home in 2010 and my agent told me I was a better in real estate transactions than she was and that I should get my license, she was the second agent to tell me that and I finally got my license ten years ago. I have been a part of teams and one other broker until I joined Compass just as the Pandemic hit and you all know what that has been like.
I am excited to jump back into life and work after a challenging few years.
