Courtney has lived in New York City for over 18 years as and apartment owner and renter. This uniquely positions her to combine personal sales and rental experience with an in-depth knowledge of New York City and its vast real estate market. Courtney loves nothing more than the excitement and culture of New York City living. From the wide array of exquisite restaurants to choose from, to relaxing with friends in nearby parks, to staying on top of the newest neighborhood additions, Courtney believes New York living extends well beyond the walls of her home, and her clients benefit from her broad interests and experience.
Raised in Atlanta, Courtney attended the University of Tennessee and lived abroad in London before relocating to NYC. Before joining the real estate industry, she worked in ad sales with the HGTV and DIY TV networks. Her experience working with high-end clients to negotiate budgets and build trusted relationships has carried on in her real estate career today.
