Courtney Sieloff is passionate about helping people find more than just a houseāsheās dedicated to helping clients discover the place where their lives actually unfold. She knows a home is where memories are made, whether youāre raising a dog or kids, building relationships with neighbors, or putting down roots in a community you love.
But she also understands that the right home needs to make sense on paper and not just in the heart. Courtney brings a sharp financial perspective to every search, helping clients understand both the immediate numbers and the long-term wealth-building potential. Whether itās a first home or a forever home, Courtney is committed to finding the space that feels just right for each new chapter.
As a longtime DC resident, Courtney knows the city inside and outāfrom hidden neighborhood gems to the best grocery stores, kids' events, and drinks' spots. With 20 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, and audience targeting, she brings creativity, strategic insight, and a passion for people to every real estate journey. Her background as the CEO of a consulting firm, combined with expertise in storytelling, strategic marketing, and understanding diverse audiences, translates seamlessly to real estate. Courtney excels at marketing homes effectively and helping clients find communities where their stories can unfold.
Courtney lives in DCās Sixteenth Street Heights neighborhood with her husband, Luke, and their two kids; Annie is a 5th grader at LAMB, and Teddy is an 8th grader at Deal Middle School. They also have a doodle puppy Cleo, who enjoys eating everyone's shoes.
When sheās not working with clients, Courtney loves running, hiking, diving into a great book, spending time with friends, and tackling her latest knitting project, though her yarn stash tends to outpace her progress. She volunteers with neighborhood groups and participates in the Knit for Food Knit-a-thon each spring supporting four food insecurity organizations.
