About Courtney
Courtney grew up in Dallas, Texas, but she hit the road the moment her feet (and Subaru) could carry her. First, she toured the country as a singer-songwriter. Next, she relocated to Philadelphia to work more actively on the management of her record label. After that, love took her northward to New York to live with her now-wife, as her career evolved again to managing musicians and producing music videos. When a wild hair pulled them toward California, more than a decade ago, they moved west. They found their true home in the East Bay and finally decided to put down roots in Oakland.

At every phase of her career, in each city, one thing has remained constant: Courtney is known by friends, family, colleagues, and clients for her honesty, fairness, inventive problem-solving, and relentless work-ethic. She admires loyalty, compassion, and good humor in other people; in kind, she embodies those traits with every task she takes on and with every person she meets.

Courtney watched her mother flip houses and invest throughout her childhood, but it was her own experience with buying a home in the East Bay that truly sparked her love for real estate. She threw herself into it, and got her license as soon as possible so she could harness her new-found passion and share it with her friends, family, and clients.

In addition to being a practicing REALTOR®, Courtney remains active in the music community and can be found at music venues and recording studios across the Bay. She continues to support artists’ growth and ability to share their music with the world. She is also a passionate “Murderino” and overall true-crime junkie. In her downtime, she can be found on the couch, cooking elaborate meals in the kitchen, or laughing with her friends – ideally, some combination of all three.
