Cristina helped us lay out the two scenarios, and to our surprise, didn't flat out recommend selling the home. She provided comps for both scenarios, walked through recommendations, etc. After we ultimately decided to sell, she and her team were organized, communicative, and offered stellar recommendations to help us sell the home quickly. "I recently had the privilege of working with Cristina’s team and had Amelia Gomez as our main real estate agent, during what turned out to be a challenging home-buying journey. If it weren't for Amelia's unwavering dedication and expertise, I doubt I would be a homeowner today. Our quest to find a home was not an easy one.
