"I had the pleasure of working with Colleen when I purchased my first home in 2019. A few of my friends had gone through the house-hunting process prior to me but none of them had been particularly happy with their agents. I started attending open houses on my own and kept track of the agents who seemed to be the best and Colleen was at the top of that list. Before choosing an agent, I interviewed several and Colleen was head and shoulders above the rest for several reasons. She came prepared for our meeting, much like I would prepare (which of course gave her points with me). She provided me with a folder of info I would need for the house-hunting process. Honestly she did such a great job that I ended up finding my place much faster than anticipated! That is of course a good thing! Even though it’s been a year and a half since I purchased my home, Colleen is still my go-to resource for all things home ownership. Whenever I need a recommendation for anything home-related, I go to Colleen first. She really knows her stuff and even though I’m no longer in the midst of the home-buying process, she always gets back to me ASAP.
