" Colleen is a seasoned professional agent: a hard-working, strategic thinker who is full of integrity. From the first introduction, she gave us a lot of her time prior to officially representing us and initially refused the request to be our buyers' agent because she was not recently familiar with Burlingame. Let’s just say Colleen holds herself to a very high standard and I now appreciate why she put up some initial resistance. The day after she agreed to represent us, she toured almost everything on the market in Burlingame, sent us a summary along with reports on market data for recent sales and trends.
