Colleen is a Chicago native who enjoys exploring the city’s niche neighborhoods as well as many of the Chicago’s suburban markets. As a longtime resident of the Roscoe Village neighborhood, her real estate efforts have been located in Roscoe Village, Southport Corridor, Lakeview, Old Town, St. Ben's, Lincoln Square, North Center, Logan Square Gold Coast, Andersonville, Rogers Park, Uptown, Lincoln Park, South & West Loop, Ukrainian Village, East Village, River West, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Old Irving, Albany Park, Oak Park, River Forest, Evanston, Glencoe, Wilmette etc.

Colleen and her husband and two daughters currently reside in Roscoe Village. She is actively involved in her community and their Parish Saint Andrew in Lakeview. Colleen was the event chairperson for their annual Parish benefit raising money for Saint Andrew Parish & School for 2 years and is still actively involved with the sponsorship committee for this event. She participated in the 60 mile Breast Cancer Walk, ran the Chicago Marathon with Team in Training to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and is actively involved in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
