Cole's adoration for the East Bay shapes his practice. As an Oakland native, he has a breadth of local knowledge to offer, with over eight years spent in the Real Estate industry. Before earning his Real Estate license in 2021, Cole worked on the employee-side at Compass. His background as a Compass employee supports his well-rounded knowledge of deal closing, while maintaining impeccable client service. Over the years spent in the office, Cole has created lasting relationships with, and been mentored by, many top professionals in the East Bay. He works tirelessly to match clients with their perfect home and close each sale as efficiently as possible, while also tapping into his extensive network of contacts as needed.
Cole graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2021 with a degree in Cultural Anthropology. While this was not intended to be a vocational study, the years he spent working to understand complex social systems and human interaction has shown loads of carryover into the Real Estate world. He has since teamed up with top producing agent Anna Bahnson. Through this mentorship, Anna has helped hone Cole's broad range of skills, from contractual excellence to a creative edge in marketing. The two are advocates for clear communication and ensuring that their clients understand the process from start to finish. Together they create a patient, informed, and motivated team.
Outside of Real Estate, you may find Cole at your local soccer field competing with friends, or cooking something delicious for his family. Having grown up in Montclair, he now lives in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood of Oakland with his girlfriend and their dog Dexter.
