About Clint
From a very young age Clint wanted to be in real estate. Clint saw the impact real estate had in shaping lives and communities and wanted to be a part of it. Clint bought his first home in his early 20’s and like most first time home buyers was overwhelmed by the process. Knowing that there was a need for a different kind of real estate broker, Clint followed his dreams and got licensed in 2002. Now with over 16 years of experience, Clint strives to provide customer centered real estate service to all of his clients.
Clint has worked through the ever changing markets in the greater Seattle area. He helped many first time home buyers enter the market in the early 2000’s. He worked with sellers at the very peak in 2007 to realize all time gains on their investments and was there to advocate for homeowners during the downturn. During the housing crisis, Clint spent many years working with nonprofits and attorneys fighting for the rights of homeowners. Clint traveled from Bellingham to Olympia stopping foreclosures and finding alternatives to foreclosures that gave homeowners, not banks, the power to decide their future.
Clint’s unique approach to being a real estate broker is what sets him apart. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He thrives in finding off market homes for his buyers and exceeding expectations when listing properties. Clint’s clients also know that he will be there, not only during the process but long after the transaction closes.
When Clint’s not helping clients, he enjoys salmon fishing at Neah Bay, coaching his 2 boys in sports and drinking lots of coffee.
