Clay Wagner

Clay is a 4th generation realtor with The Wagner Real Estate Group. Established in 1930, Clay's great grandfather opened Wagner Real Estate in the heart of Havertown where it's still located today. He along with his brother Tyler Wagner represent the 4th generation of the company. In addition to the Havertown location, The Wagner Real Estate Group has a satellite office located at the main gate of Hershey's Mill in West Chester.

Clay grew up in Havertown and graduated from Haverford High School. He then attended a post-graduate year at Wyoming Seminary in Kingston, PA. From there he went on to receive his diploma from Moravian College with dual degrees in Economics and Elementary Education. He began his real estate career in 2001 and received his Associate Broker license in 2007. In 2016, he and his brother Tyler became the owners of the company.

Clay currently resides in Lansdale with his wife Becky and his daughters Bailey and Colby. He's an avid lover of the outdoors and calls Colorado his second home where he travels each year to enjoy trail running, hiking, camping, off-roading with his Jeep and stand-up paddleboarding.
