About Claudia
My Mission: To inspire a positive and lasting impact in people’s lives. I hope to advance the experience of buying and selling real estate by cultivating a spirit of discovery and abundance.
 - Connected. Relationships are everything to me; I aim to connect people to their dreams, living space, and to their communities.
 - Passionate. I believe that working with “all heart” can change the world.
 - Knowledgeable. I am constantly learning; I strive to understand the market and the needs of my clients so I can best help them.
 - Playful. I love what I do and I hope it shows.
 - Upstanding. My clients’ best interests are at the heart of everything I do. I am committed to excellence and act with integrity.

What Do I Do? I build relationships; obsess over prices, the market and the newest, hottest listings; sell homes & make them pretty; problem-solve, negotiate, strategize, research, analyze, go into scary basements, get dirty, and help clients during change.

About Me: I have long been captivated by all-things real estate and home design, and love connecting with people in a meaningful and purposeful way. After 20 years managing high-level acquisitions in the aviation & aerospace sectors, I decided to follow my passion. I bring my skills in planning, pricing, and negotiation to my real estate business. I also know how crucial it is to have a trusted advisor and advocate, whether you are interested in buying a property in this competitive market or selling your
home for the best price that market conditions allow. I love spending time with my clients and seeing this process unfold as they make new discoveries about themselves and their environment, build wealth, and in many cases, make dreams come true!
I have lived abroad for long stretches in Mexico and Brazil, and I’m fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. If you’re most comfortable doing important transactions in either language, please give me a call – and if you want a vacation home or a tropical paradise for retirement, look no further! I have a strong network of top-notch attorneys and agents in Mexico. I live in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood with my husband and children. Maybe I’ll see you hiking Rock Creek Park, shopping the local farmers’ market or hanging out at Moreland’s Tavern!
