"We tried a couple realtors over the years who did not listen to us and had their own agenda. Without a mortgage, we had no pressure to sell.That said, there is always a price forward of the market that makes sense to sell. CJ was different from the very beginning. We engaged him just prior to the recent frenzy and priced our property aggressively, even in light of the current market. We wanted a Real Estate agent who was more like an investment Banker than a traditional R.E. agent. In that regard, CJ fits the bill to a T. He is extraordinarily competent and was able to anticipate anything that we considered or proposed. He worked extremely hard and communicated with us, focusing on the important details required to bring actual buyers to the table rather than have us run through the traditional ā€œrun of the millā€ real estate drill.For example, it was pointless for us to paint the house, update the kitchen etc. because the value of our property was in the location, land and views. Interestingly CJ never had professional pictures taken, drone shots run, or brochures put together, nor was the house ever listed on MLS. I don’t believe we even had a description developed. Within a short time, we had two offers at our asking price (in cash) and the final offer came in about a month later with no inspection requirement. Previously serving the Orange County, CA market, CJ delivers an unparalleled experience through unique branding and marketing of properties.

CJ started from the grass roots of growing an organic marketing and sales business in Las Vegas, NV growing from small entrepreneur to Enterprise level go to business for the entertainment industry. Later he joined a fortune 500 company to take unsuccessful real-estate sales regions to positive cash flow. He did this by unique complex co branding and partnerships with luxury brands. His experience took him through Las Vegas, Destin, Seattle and Orange County consisting of taking areas from $25M sales to $100M+. While doing this CJ consulted his own company flipping properties and Luxury new construction consisting of properties avg. of $3-$10M value.

With two real estate licenses, one in Orange County, CA and one in Austin, TX he set out to create a Luxury client pool heavily connected between the two cities. In just a short time of entering the Austin market he has generated over $12.5M in buyers and sellers contracts for the 3rd and 4th Qtr of 2020. On a more personal note CJ has a beautiful family: his wife Rebecca, 4yr Old Kayden and two StaffordShire bull terriers.
