With over 23 years of experience in Kaua'i real estate, I’ve been passionately serving clients since I first obtained my license in 2001 and later earned my Broker's license in 2005. Throughout my career, I’ve represented hundreds of buyers and sellers, held the position of Broker-in-Charge, and actively participated in various committees for the Kaua'i Board of Realtors.

My extensive background includes negotiating, contract writing, transaction management, developing CPR projects, consulting on subdivisions, and facilitating transactions for many types of properties on our beautiful island. I have a deep understanding of the local real estate laws, culture, and landscape, including permitting, land use, and zoning regulations. I’ve successfully navigated the complexities of working with local agencies, Kaua'i County, the State of Hawaii, and contractors/professionals, ensuring smooth transactions for my clients.
