I met Cindy back in 2019 while moving my mom into Assisted Living. I knew I would need a broker in the next few years and so I went to a few open houses to meet a broker. She stood out from the start! She was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful about the Los Altos Real Estate market and even with people to help with just getting rid of so much life that needed to be organized after 50 years in a home. I was planning to rent the house and she gave many great recommendations for the property at that point, and was so generous with her knowledge. In 2020, I lost my Mom and now had a house to sell. Even though I had known Cindy for few years, I had no idea just how fabulous she actually is when it comes to selling a property! When we began the process, she again, was helpful, knowledgeable and so positive and encouraging. I trusted her suggestions and did all that she recommended and I am so pleased I did! The property sold in a few days, got a great sales price and the whole process was seamless. She was there for the prep, the landscaping, the updates, the open houses and held my hand during the offers, the escrow period and then finally on closing day she reached out to congratulate! A class act in every way...you will not be disappointed with Cindy. She doesn't miss a thing and really knows what people are looking for, and is so detail oriented. I would trust her again and would recommend with all of my heart. She was so easy to work with and such a lovely person in every way...a true master of her work.

My fiancé and I reached out to Cindy in Dec '18 after meeting her at an open house near our then-rental. She arranged and initial 2 hour consult in her office going through ins and outs of Bay Area real estate, and a follow up conference call to go through sample paperwork like disclosure docs etc. She didn't flinch at our wishlist, but instead carefully explained trade offs given our budget, etc. Our process start to finish took 5 months. We found our new home in Mountain View, and were able to land a single family home with a yard and a short commute for both of us, with only a bit of compromise on budget. Cindy was able negotiate extra painting and central AC into our purchase contract. She was quick on text, phone and email, responsive, Great with answering questions, and had a lot of relationships built with other realtors over time that helped us when bidding. Cindy was calm, professional, encouraging and positive, and worked with us through some of the most stressful moments of our lives. I could not recommend her enough.
