"We trust Cindy implicitly. She helped us find a rental when we moved back to DC and stuck by us for over 3 years while we waited for the "just right" house to buy. We think we got the house (with multiple offers) because of Cindy's style, smarts, and demeanor. We've recommended her to friends." -Barry G and Cindy C

"Cindy helped us find our home 17 years ago, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes the whole high-pressure process much less stressful, and her follow-up over the years--recommending electricians, painters, and handymen--has been fantastic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor." - Lauren and Alex K.

"Cynthia is a terrific realtor with alot of insight. She knows the DC area incredibly well, knows which condos are well run, the terrific neighborhoods you've not seen, and she has a close knit network of the best resources to help with your sale." - Anne-Marie D.
A former special needs teacher in Atlanta, Cindy relocated to DC in 1976 with Jimmy Carter's administration and spent 8 years as an education policy advisor. Enamored with her new city and as a relative newcomer herself, Cindy became the go-to advisor to other newly arrived young professionals exploring all things DC, particularly homes and neighborhoods. She loved helping her friends, her friends' friends, and so it began.
In addition to the past 27 years in Chevy Chase where she raised her family, Cindy has resided in a variety of neighborhoods including Capitol Hill, Cleveland Park, Takoma Park, and Bethesda. She's renovated numerous houses and loves giving ideas to others. Her dedication to serving the best interests of her clients is sustained by extensive experience, professional integrity, insight, and understanding.
