When he’s not in the office, Thoman enjoys time coaching youth sports, everything winter - Snowboarding, Skiing, Snowmobiling, sledding etc, going to concerts, and most of all, life adventures with his wife and kids. That said, he considers himself lucky to be in an industry where work often doesn’t feel like work.
